PROCESS

Every project with BRESSLER CREATIVE follows four distinct steps to ensure a quality outcome. These have been refined through years of experience and inspired by best practices from creative, tech, and business domains. The goal is to consistently produce excellent work that clients and partners can be proud of.

1. EXPLORE

The first step is the key to a good outcome. Explore is all about diving into the details and opening up a world of possibility for the project. Looking at the potential of what the final deliverables could be allows us to create outcomes that are inspired and avoid generic and stereotypical work. This step may include mood boards, market analysis, trend research, hand-drawn sketches (lots of sketches), project noun lists, and the gathering of project requirements.

2. CREATE

Once there is alignment on a direction and all of the project requirements and goals are agreed upon, we can begin to create something new. Process dictates outcomes. The way we work through the Create process will depend on the outcomes we are aiming for, but communication during the Create process ensures that clients are not left in the dark, waiting and hoping for a good outcome. You'll be involved in this step to ensure that we are hitting the goals we set.

3. REFINE

Ok, so we're not quite done yet. You have a shiny new logo, or marketing materials, or a website. But we need to make sure that it's polished and professional. With the Refine step we will review the outcomes of the Create step together, talk about the work, and most importantly, have an opportunity to make changes. By this point, it should be very close to done, but nothing is complete until the client is satisfied with the work. The goal here is for you to be proud of the work and ready for the last step.

4. DELIVER

We have done it! We are both feeling excited about the work, and you can't wait to put the new creative assets to work. Deliver is all about putting a bow on the project. BRESSLER CREATIVE will package up any files or assets that you need and prepare them for delivery to you. There will also be a short survey that we request you complete to let us know how the process went. At this point, the project is over, and we are ready to get started on delivering the next big idea!
